“What’s included?”
During your funnel roadmapping consultation, you’ll discuss your marketing ecosystem, sales process, and marketing data. We’ll ask questions about your metrics, which metrics you want to track in SegMetrics and share suggestions for additional KPIs to track as part of your funnel.
On your call, your marketing optimization expert will build out a model of your funnel in a Miro board, so you can collaboratively discuss your funnel’s flow, where you need to track or tag your contacts, and what pivots you can use for your marketing data analysis. (Here’s an example funnel in Miro.)
Your marketing expert will share recommendations and suggested changes based on where your data is coming from.
After the call, you’ll receive a copy of your Miro funnel model, a dashboard in SegMetrics, and documentation for your funnel (telling you what tags to track and how it works in SegMetrics).
You can then either implement the roadmap yourself, or we will use it to inform other DFY stages.
